PADI FREEDIVER COURSE

 

Learn to dive deeper & longer with ease, ON JUST ONE BREATH.  Become comfortable underwater learning new techniques, to be able to explore the underwater world.

PADI Freediver course consists of
Three main phases:

  • Knowledge development

about freediving principles

  • Confined water session to learn

breath hold techniques aswell as

static & dynamic apnea.

Goal –static apnea 90 seconds &

Dynamic apnea 25 metres.

  • Open water sessions to practice

free immersion & constant weight

freedives, plus proper buddy procedures.

Goal – constant weight freedive of 10 metres

 

Course runs over 2 days plus knowledge
